Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and offer refunds for:

• Damaged or defective products

• Wrong item delivered

• Product severely different from description

All return issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

Return Conditions

• Products must be unused and in original packaging

• Perishable goods (nuts and dry fruits) must be returned within 48 hours

Refund Process

2. Our team will verify and approve eligible cases.

3. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

• If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged item), return shipping is free.

• Otherwise, the customer must bear the return shipping cost.
